When using gas fired boilers, safety, energy saving are the main aspects we should care about. There are some tips about purchasing, installation, operation, maintenance, which may be useful for us.
Gas fired boiler types
Gas fired boiler includes gas fired steam boiler and gas fired hot water boiler. They are widely used in almost every industry and our life. Gas fuel boiler is more environmental friendly than coal fired or biomass fuel boiler.
Boiler room
The distance between the boiler room and buildings should meet the needs of the operation. The standard distance should not be less than 3m for the 1-4 t/h gas steam boiler and 0.7-2.8MW gas hot water boiler, 4m for the 6-20t/h gas steam boiler and 4.2-14MW gas hot water boiler, 5m for the 35-65t/h gas steam boiler and 29-58MW gas hot water boiler. There should be two air channels for air change of boiler to ensure the higher combustion efficiency. Besides, we had better not put some Inflammable product in boiler room.
Heat loss
The flue gas will takes away a large part of heat energy. We can equip low-temperature heat absorption device for boiler to reduce heat losses and improve boiler thermal efficiency. When the temperature in the furnace is higher, the chemical reaction will be very fast so that the high temperature flue gas will takes more energy away. If the furnace temperature is low, the burning will be slow so that the stable combustion can't be guaranteed. So the temperature of furnace should be control at a suitable level.
Combustion efficiency
According to chemical reaction process of fuel and air, when the concentration of reactant increases, the chemical reaction will quicken. In addition, the pressure has a direct effect on the burning velocity.
