Industrial Autoclave Machine Problems And Solutions

Explosion
Improper operation of equipment operator in aerated concrete production line will lead to explosion. If the operator feed steam and pressurize for autoclave when the door has not been locked well or the safety interlock device is not completely work to restrict rotation of autoclave door, the explosion accident will happen. We can prevent the accident by keeping safety accessories complete and effective during operation, non-super-temperature, over-pressure operation. Avoid any pressure components subjected to any mechanical damage. Thoroughly cleaning the inner rail and the sides, bottom of autoclave. We can pull the safety device and drain the steam by residual gas valve only when the gauge indicates zero.
Door adjustment
The door would be hard to close during the use of autoclave. If the door of the top opening autoclave is not flexible, we can adjust the position or the weight of the balance brick accordingly. If the vertical of autoclave kettle body flange is in good condition, we can adjust the positioning screw nut on the door to make the lower end surface of the door outwards about 5mm than the upper side. If the vertical of autoclave kettle body flange is in bad condition, we can adjust it to be vertical or make the below side incline slightly inward(no more than 2mm).
Air leakage
Air leakage will affect the quality of products in the autoclave. Change the old sealing ring or clean the debris in the seal face and cover flange. The phenomena such as inlet pipe is clogged or the sealing rings be placed uneven or appear twist should be avoided.
Waste heat reuse
We can use the autoclave’s waste heat to heat boiler feed water, which can not only absorb the waste heat exhausted during steam curing but also the condensing waster heat. Besides, the heat absorbed by a heat exchanger can be used in bath water or other life use water.
