Taking an 8-ton boiler as an example, what is the fuel cost of an 8-ton gas-fired boiler and a coal-fired boiler?

The gas consumption cost of an 8-ton gas-fired boiler can be calculated first by calculating the gas consumption of its 8T gas-fired boiler, and then multiplied by the local gas price based on the gas consumption.

The calculation formula of gas consumption of gas boiler is: gas consumption of gas boiler in 1 hour = gas boiler power * 3600s/fuel calorific value/thermal efficiency.

It is known that the power of an 8-ton gas boiler is 5.6MW, and the calorific value of natural gas is 38MJ/M3. The thermal efficiency of the gas boiler produced by Zhengzhou Boiler can reach 92%, then =5.6MW*3600s/38MJ/92%=577Nm3

If natural gas is 3.8 RMB/Nm3, then the gas consumption cost of an 8-ton gas-fired boiler = 577Nm3*3.8 RMB/Nm3=2192.6 RMB

The same as the natural gas calculation formula, the heating power of an 8-ton coal-fired boiler is 5.6MW, the calorific value of bituminous coal is generally 22.3MJ/kg, and the thermal efficiency of an 8-ton coal-fired boiler is about 80%. The formula: 5.6MW* 3600/22.3MJ/80%=1130KG. If calculated at 800 RMB per ton,

The fuel cost of an 8-ton coal-fired boiler=1130KG*0.8=904 RMB
