A waste heat recovery boiler(WHRB) can recycle high temperature exhaust gas, which is discharged from the industrial process or the incinerators, to generate needed steam or hot water, or it can used for power generation in industry production. The fuel for WHRB is industrial waste heat, then where are the fuels mainly coming from?

1.High-temperature product waste heat: such as coke oven coke, steel ingot billets, hot forging, etc., they are generally of high temperature, and contain a lot of heat; in addition, blast furnace slag, converter slag, furnace slag, etc. can also produce high-temperature waste heat for boiler.
2.High-temperature flue gas heat: this is a common fuel form for waste heat boiler, which is characterized by large output, good continuity, ease for recovery and utilization, which usually brings 40%~50% heat of total heat. The fuel for waste heat recovery boiler can be used to produce heat and electricity.
3.Cooling medium heat: like the cooling water discharged from industrial furnace water jacket cooling apparatus, the steam discharged by evaporative cooling device, in which contain a lot of heat that can be reused by waste heat boilers.
4. Chemical reaction heat: such as metallurgy, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, fertilizer, chemical, paint and other industrial sectors, they produce a large number of chemical reaction heat that can be used in waste heat boiler.
