Leakage in boiler inner wall: this condition can be divided into boiler drum leakage, membrane water wall leakage, downcomers leakage. Flue gas duct leakage: first inspect whether the leakage is caused by crackle, if yes, then change the pipe, to mend by replacing the damaged part and check the duct material, if the flue gas duct material used is aluminum or stainless steel, it can be used aluminum wire or steel argon welding; if is iron material, then directly choose acid electrode.
Water treatment system leakage: first check whether biomass boilers suffer corrosion, if yes, we need to clean up the scale, fix the boiler leaking portion, then deal with the water circulation system, add agents to protect materials from corrosion and scale.
