How To Solve The Higher Bed Temperature of CFB Power Plant Boiler
Two months earlier, a heating company in Inner Mongolia purchased a 130 ton CFB power plant boiler from our company, which adopts clean coal combustion technology with low NOx emission, wide fuel flexibility, high thermal efficiency and strong load adjust. While in the boiler debugging, the boiler bed temperature is a little higher and ZG Boiler engineers give out some solutions.
Reasons for higher CFB boiler bed temperature
As for the reason of higher bed temperature, it might be too long start-up time, smaller coal fuel ash content and size, slag-cooler fails to selectively de-slag, or too large output of the return valve, thus we can solve the problem in the following aspects.
Solutions for higher CFB boiler bed temperature
1.In the process of circulating fluidized bed boiler start-up, turning down the return valve, loosing throttle and turning up the return throttle can control the return valve output, reduce the amount of circulating material, increase the risers level and increase the heating rate.
2. One hour before the coal casting, through A-side coal transport line to add the bed material of A-side coal bunker into the furnace. When pressure is 10kPa and coal bed temperature is 500 ℃, coal supply should begin and through continuous deslag methods to maintain moderate pressure, then meet boiler start-up curve, minimize start-up time, speed up load rate increasing until the boiler is running at full capacity.
3. After coal casting, try to improve the return valve output by by progressively turning up return valve, loosing down the throttle and turning down return throttle. When the Inner Mongolia CFB power plant boiler keeps a long operation under low load and bed material loss is larger in furnaces, operator must supply bed materials on the premise of continuous de-slagging, in order to ensure the bed material size distribution is reasonable and there are adequate amount of circulating materials.
