The core of condensing technology is to reduce the heat loss of fuel combustion, efficiently absorb the heat generated by fuel. More advanced condensing gas boiler uses smokeless combustion technology to reduce the emissions of nitrogen oxides (NOx, which cause acid rain and greenhouse effect) to 30mg/kwh.

The key of condensing boiler is condensation technology, which is a new technology of energy saving and environmental protection. The principle is not complicated. A simple generalization is to recover heat from flue gas by condensing flue gas. In traditional boilers, the exhaust gas temperature is generally at 160~250℃ or even higher, which makes the water become superheated steam in the flue gas and drains away from the chimney with flue gas. The thermal efficiency of the traditional boiler can only reach to 85%~91%. The condensing gas boiler reduces the exhaust temperature to 50~70℃, and fully recycles the latent heat of the condensing heat and the steam in the flue gas, increasing the thermal efficiency

Generally speaking, the working principle of condensing boiler is recycling heat of boiler flue gas through certain device (generally at about 140℃), the exhaust gas temperature after the recovery is only 60℃, so the thermal efficiency probably increased about 10%, saving about 10% of natural gas at the same time, in the process of energy recovery, also can reduce harmful gas emissions, reduce environmental pollution.
