Different heating area is different for the choice of boiler. Different customers need different heating area. When our heating area is large, what kind of boiler should we choose, or choose one or more heating boilers?
Determine heating area
Due to regional differences, the temperature varies from region to region, and the heating area of each model of boiler varies. For example, in Liaoning, a 1-ton boiler can carry heating within 6,000 square meters, while in Heilongjiang, a 1-ton boiler can only carry within 5,000 square meters. In addition, it needs to be based on what the user is doing. If high temperature is required or a certain standard requirement is required, then the rated heating area of the boiler must be reduced to achieve the temperature required by the user.
The heating area of gas-fired boilers is referenced as follows according to the region:
in the north,
The heating area of 1 ton gas boiler is 6000-8000 square meters;
The heating area of a 2-ton gas-fired boiler is between 12,000 square meters and 16,000 square meters;
The heating area of a 3-ton gas boiler is between 18,000 square meters and 24,000 square meters, and so on
(The lower value is used in North China, and the higher value is used in East China and Jiangbei)
in the South,
The heating area of 1 ton gas boiler is 8000-10000 square meters;
The heating area of a 2-ton gas boiler is 16000-20000 square meters;
The heating area of a 3-ton gas boiler is 24000-30000 square meters, and so on.
Choose one
Convenient for centralized management; reduce environmental pollution; large diameter of pipe network; large tonnage of boiler.
Choose multiple
shortcoming:
Inconvenient for centralized management; increase environmental pollution; small boiler tonnage; large investment (more electrical cabinets and more operators); large floor space is required.
Advantage:
The two boiler rooms have low load and are easy to apply for power supply; the two pipelines have low resistance, flexible operation and good heating efficiency.
