The high hardness of water supply
When this happens,we can correctly operate the ion exchanger in the operation of diesel fired boiler,regularly inspect the backwash valve and feedwater bypass valve of ion exchanger,and replace them timely if the leakage exists.
The High chlorid ion content of water
When this happens,the diesel boiler blowdown should be strengthened,if the ion exchanger is used for the water treatment,we should ensure that the ion exchanger are washed thoroughly after regeneration and the brine valve has no leakage.
