Pickling agent

For the silicate incrustation produced by industrial boilers,we can clean it by adding fluoride(such as hydrofluoric acid,sodium fluoride,ammonium fluoride, etc.) in the hydrochloric acid.

For sulfate incrustation or mixed sulfate and silicate incrustation,in advance,we should change their type by soda boiling,then,use the hydrochloric acid or the hydrochloric acid added fluoride to clean.

For the iron oxide scale of industrial boiler,we can use hydrochloric acid added fluoride or nitric acid to clean,the carbonate scale is often cleaned by hydrochloric acid.

When the scale contains copper,the additives preventing the copper plating should be added.Industrial boiler containing austenitic steel material can not be cleaned by hydrochloric acid,generally,we can choose EDTA, amino sulfonic acid, citric acid, formic acid, acetic acid,hydroxy acetic acid as cleaning agent,and select the inhibitor and additives containing no halogen element.

Alkaline washing agent

When a new industrial boiler conducts the soda boiling or the alkaline wash before acid pickling,the alkaline detergent is generally composed of sodium hydroxide and trisodium phosphate,or trisodium phosphate,sodium hydrogen phosphate,wetting agent and other additives.Industrial boiler containing austenitic steel material can not choose the sodium hydroxide as its primary alkaline detergent.

When the industrial boiler in operation needs to clean the sulfate scale and silicate scale,before acid pickling,the soda boiling is needed.The alkali boiling liquid generally consists of trisodium phosphate and sodium carbonate, or trisodium phosphate ,sodium hydroxide,surfactant and other additives.
