Chain grate boilers for food processing

The food group purchased 28 sets of coal fired chain grate boilers to use in their food processing. The boilers are ranging from 2 ton - 10 ton, belong to DZL series packaged boiler.

DZL packaged boilers are compact in structure, easy to install, low investment and can be used in production quickly and safely. This series double-wing-gas-duct series boiler is independently developed by our company, a novel horizontal water-fire tube packaged chain grate boiler. Invert “α” arch is adopted for burning coal fuel fully and improving combustion efficiency.

Background

Located in Henan, Linying, the group leads by food processing, convenience foods are the main products, and other lines of business such as food, beverages, liquor, printing, packaging, pharmaceuticals, crafts, tourism, etc. There are 15 series and 200 species. Some of the products are exported Mongolia, North Korea, Russia, and Korea, and Japan and the United States, and Australia, Bangladesh, South Africa and other countries.
