DHL Series Coal Fired Corner Tube Boiler
DHL series corner tube boiler adopts two patents from Xi’an Jiaotong University on fuel combustion effect and heating surface. Coal fuel is conveyed by chain grate into combustion chamber. Single drum and vertical structure in design, DHL series corner tube chain grate boiler often choose field assembly transportation. Unlike packaged boiler, this boiler annual operation time can be up to 8000 hours.

Two national patents
It adopts two patents from Xi’an Jiaotong University: Flying ash re-combustion equipment based on the high temperature separation; Combined uniform flow design technique of comer tubes boiler flag pattern surface.
80-83% boiler thermal efficiency
DHL series corner tube boiler is the second generation high capacity chain grate hot water boiler, its thermal efficiency can reach to 83%.
Lower breakdown rate
The crossgirder grate is adopted, so it has the features of less operation resistance, better grate cooling effects, lower breakdown rate, less fuel leak. And the grates are made by the first-lass professional manufacture.
No dust leak, environment-friendly
Adopting light furnace wall structure, insulation performance is good, no dust leak, environment-friendly. At the same time, the whole boiler adopts the secondary wind turbulent combustion design idea and the fly dust high temperature separation plus flying dust inner circulation fluidized re-combustion.
