1MW 2MW Crushed Wood Waste Biomass Hot Water Boiler In Russia

 We are Russian engineering company EA-Technologies, LLC. We have requirement for biomass hot water boilers in Russia with characteristics:

• Pressure P = 6 bar, temperature t = 95° C -110 ° C.
• Capacity, quantity:
• 2MW – 1 pcs;
• 1MW – 1 pcs.

Crushed wood waste from birch plywood production will be used as fuel:

• - veneer-flaw;
• - birch bark;
• - birch plywood trim;
• - up to 10% of fine fraction (grinding dust, sawdust).

Resin impurities up to 2% (not more) can be in the composition of fuel mixture.

Average characteristics of the fuel mixture:

absolute humidity 30%-60%, calorie content ~ 1400 kcal / kg in winter, up to 2500 kcal / kg and more in summer.

Required equipment and works: furnace, boiler, ash removal, automation and MCC switchboard 0,4kV, smoke exhauster, fan.

Biomass boiler should provide automatic operation in the range of 30%-100% of capacity.

• - supervision and commissioning of equipment;
• - fuel stoker storage for 24 hours and scraper conveyors + automation control system of fuel supplying;
• - flue gas cleaning system;
• - pumps;
• - flues;
• - piping;
• - chimney.
