Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boilers adopt vertical inverted II structure, a kind of natural circulation water tube WHR boiler. Waste gas will be exhausted outside after slag coagulating pipes, superheater, convection tubes and steel tube economizer.

Zero Fuel Costs
Directly burning carbon rotary waste gas as fuels in power generation, zero fuel costs in boiler operation. WHR boiler will be no combustion equipment unless complementary combustion requirements.
High dust removal efficiency, low environmental pollution
The principle of inertial separation is used to realize the two-stage gas and solid separation in the furnace, which solves the shortcomings such as the natural settlement of the fly ash, the low efficiency of dust removal and the serious environmental pollution.
Good sealing, high safety performance
The central part of water-cooling system is membrane-type water wall separating wall; in this way, not only the heating surface is enlarged, but both the sealing and safety are improved.
