6S Management Awards Ceremony
On 1st July 2015, Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd. President Wang Guohua led the company’s leadership team for the "6S" periodic inspection work in workshop plants and departments. On July 7, 2015, our company held the 6S management summary and awards ceremony.
Since May, 2015, our company began to carry out 6S Management( 6S means SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE, SECURITY). Through two months 6S management, company’s workshop and environment have taken on an entirely new look, President Wang fully affirmed on the change, especially in membrane water-cooled wall plant, all the equipment like tooling frame and semi-finished products are all put clear and neat.
On July 7, the 6S Management Awards Ceremony was held in conference center, President Wang Guohua, Vice chairman and party secretary Li Yuan attended the meeting and awarded for the outstanding team and personal.
Mr. Li addressed in the meeting, he summed up and affirmed the stage victory of the two months 6S management work and made highlight of the excellent teams and individuals. He said, “All of them show their love and passion for the work, they release their life’s heat and light, their behavior and contribution will be engraved on our company’s history.”
There were 2 Outstanding Team Awards, 10 Outstanding Group Awards, 2 Outstanding Leadership Awards, and 14 Outstanding Individual Awards. The non-destructive testing and membrane wall factory won the Outstanding Team Awards.
The implementation of the "6S" management has laid solid foundation for A-level boiler qualification certificate replacement, and shows our determination for further development. Next stage of the "6S" management will enter a new level, marking the rise in the overall staff quality and pushing our business into new and remarkable heights.
