64MW 116MW CFB Hot Water Boiler Achievements Certificates

On Sep. 29, 2015, the 116MW and 64MW CFB hot water boiler projects of Zhengzhou Boiler Co., Ltd. successfully passed national scientific and technology achievements identification. All the experts agreed that the 116MW external circulating fluidized bed boiler and 64MW internal circulating fluidized bed boiler reach domestic leading level, with reasonable structure, advanced manufacturing technology and excellent performance.

The two boiler items have made some breakthrough and innovation in boiler structure design and low emission technology. They are large-scale energy efficient and environmentally friendly CFB boilers, and they have been through the energy efficiency testing by China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute: the measured thermal efficiency is up to 91.98%, and the relevant technical indicators are above the prescribed national target. Our boilers are domestic boiler industry leader.

Thanks to the excellent operating results of products, the Committee Experts agreed our products through the identification, also they suggested that our boiler can meet the power and heat need in industrial production, so ZG Boiler should continually R&D boiler products and speed up their production and application.
