 The natural gas fired boiler is an environmentally friendly and popular furnace type. Both the 45 TPH low-pressure boiler and the 80-ton high-pressure boiler are natural gas furnaces. On the one hand, users provide steam for production and on the other hand, steam is used for power generation.The following are the technical parameters of the two boiler types:

3. Temp- 540 Deg.

4. Fuel- natural gas.

5. Location - Phase- 1 B (Near Blast furnace )/ New set up.

6. Control System- DCS.

Vendor Scope of High pressure boiler as per below specification.

1. Complete Pressure parts system.

2. Feed water system with BFP pumps with Deaerator

3. Stream System/ drain and venting system.

4. Complete set of Non pressure part items.

5. Auxiliaries - 2 X 60 % FD and ID Fan . 2 X 100 % BFP with motor and its complete set.

6. Complete set of fuel firing system.

7. Deaerator and chemical dosing system.

8. Complete sets of instruments of vendors supply equipment and cabling up to local JB.

9. Complete set of electrical system/drives of vendors supply equipment.

10. DCS system

11. PRDS System ( 95 /19 Kg/cm 2). presently process steam will supply through PRDS station and further will supply from turbine Extraction.
