I am evaluating a new Biomass Project, that uses 100% sugar cane crop residues as fuel. Do you have experience with this kind of biomass? The boiler should be aproximatly of 100 TPH. I am developing a new greenfield Project. I want to receive a budgetary offer and a preliminary technical proposal for the boiler.Please consider the following parameters to define the boiler:
- Fuel: Sugarcane crop residues (trash from fields)
- Format fuel: Bales (dimensión 0.7x0.9x2 meters)
- Lower Heating Value: 2400 Kcal/Kg
- Humidity content on fuel: 15%
- Emisión limit value (total particules): 300 mg/Nm3.
- Biomass disponibility: 23 ton/h
- Operation: 220 days/year
- Electric Power estimation: 15 MWe (net power)
- Steam Output: 100 TPH (67bar, 480°C).

- Bales handling equipments and feed system to the boiler
- Boiler with all ancillaries
- All steam pipes and & ancillaries
- Flue gas filters
- Stack
- Ash handling system
- Dearator & feedwater pumps
We have no space limitations as it is a greenfield Project.
