The boiler capacity is the evaporation of the boiler, that is, the evaporation generated by the boiler every hour.

According to the different capacity of boilers, boilers can be divided into large, medium and small, but there is no fixed and clear demarcation between them. Small boilers and medium-sized boilers, large boilers are not very different, but the type, output power is different, boiler principle is the same.
1. Distinguish small boilers from medium boilers and large boilers by boiler capacity: the small boiler capacity is generally less than 20T/H, the capacity of medium boilers is 20T/H~100T/H, and the evaporation of large boilers will exceed 100T/H.
2. Distinguish small boilers, medium boilers and large boilers from boiler steam pressure: Generally speaking, small boilers are low pressure boilers. The steam pressure of low pressure boiler is generally lower than 2.5MPa, and that of medium pressure boiler is generally greater than 2.5Pa less than 14MPa.
3. We can distinguish small boilers, medium boilers, large boilers from the use of boilers: small capacity boilers are generally used in small hotels, baths, small restaurants and other small business units. Medium capacity boilers are commonly used in apartment buildings, company properties and so on. Large capacity boilers are generally used in 1000 households above residential areas, heating companies, large factories and other places.

The modern design of a boiler means that there are a wide variety on the market, many of which have a range of capacities. Getting the right boiler can be a complicated business, so before you go ahead and buy a industrial boiler, it is necessary for you to calculate boiler capacity.
Calculate the boiler capacity for example:
Boiler capacity = Burner capacity * efficiency
Example: efficiency = 95% & Burner capacity =11,110 kW.
boiler capacity =11,110 kW * 0.95 =10,500 kW
