(1) Boiler type: shell type natural gas fired steam boiler (10t/h)

(2) Combustion method: micro positive pressure

(3) Thermal efficiency ≥ 95% after installing a condenser (calculated according to the low calorific value)

(4) Boiler load adjustment range: 25% to 110%

(5) Exhaust gas temperature: ≤80°C

(6) Boiler flue gas emission: exhaust smoke blackness ≤ level 1 (Lingelmann)

(7) The boiler adopts stainless steel outer guard plate, which is flat and beautiful

(8) When the boiler is running, the surface temperature of the outer guard plate is ≤42°C

(9) Smoke emission requirements:

• Mercury and its compounds are not detected
• NOX emission concentration≤30mg/Nm3
• Particles≤5mg/m3
• Sulfur dioxide: ≤10mg/m3

(10) Hourly fuel consumption shall be provided by the bidder.
