This boiler is formed by the symmetrical layout wet back structure. The drum is made up of a cylinder with a diameter of 2200 * 16 and a front and rear tube sheet with a diameter of 2200 * 18. The first pass stroke is a furnace and is made of two wave shaped furnace. The waveform furnace is about 950. The reignition chamber is welded by a 950 x 16 cylinder and a 2200 * 18 inner front and inner tube plate. The boiler adopts the wet back structure, which avoids the direct scour of the high temperature flue gas to the rear smoke box, and improves the reliability of the operation. The second pass is made up of 141 pieces of threaded pipes with a diameter of 51 * 3. The threaded pipe can greatly enhance heat transfer, thereby reducing the convection heating area, making the boiler structure compact and saving steel. The third pass is composed of 94 pieces of 51 * 3 threaded pipes. The front and back smoke box adopts the integral smoke box, and the structure has good performance, easy to open and convenient for internal inspection and cleaning.
