1. Mechanical descaling method of gas fired boiler: when there are loose scale and water slag in the gas boiler furnace, the gas boiler is cooled and released after stopping the furnace. After rinsing with clean water, it can be descaled with flat shovel, steel wire brush and motor Miller. This method is simpler and more suitable for small scale gas boilers with scaling. But the labor intensity is large, the scale removal effect is poor, and it is easy to damage the boiler body.

2. Gas boiler acid cleaning scale removal method: acid washing scale removal method is mostly used hydrochloric acid or nitric acid to clean. The pickling solution is composed of hydrochloric acid plus corrosion inhibitor or nitric acid plus corrosion inhibitor. This pickling solution can eliminate scale in the boiler (adding hydrofluoric acid in addition to the scale of nitric acid), and rarely corrode the gas boiler. Acid cleaning has the function of dissolution, peeling and loosening.

3.The alkali boiling descaling method of gas fired boiler: alkaline boiling descaling, its effect is worse than the acid cleaning method, but after alkali boiled, because of the loose scale, so the water scale which is difficult to be cleaned with hydrochloric acid can be treated with alkali cooking method before pickling. The alkali cooking method is simple and the side effects are small. The disadvantage is that the boiling time is longer, the consumption of chemicals is more, and the effect is poor.
