Recently a client consulted a 8000kg/hr boiler, he said that his factory was planning to purchase a 8,000kg/hr hot water boiler, burning heavy oil, and this boiler was used to supply heating for the workshop with the floor area almost 70,000 square meters. Our company can offer two kinds of oil fired boiler: WNS series and SZS series. Both of the two series boilers are packaged type, but the WNS series is fire tube boiler and SZS series is water tube boiler.

The SZS series oil fired water tube boiler is of double drum, vertical arrangement and “D” type furnace design with 1 or 2 burners located where the front wall stands. Inside it has an airtight furnace structure with densely arranged tubes and airproof casing. Outside it is covered with insulation materials and convex color plates. The flue gas takes a U turn. It goes into the 1st convection tube bank from the furnace, turns after passing the flue, and flows into the economizer with finned tubes when leaving the 2nd convection tube bank. The water which goes into the upper drum from the economizer is turned into steam by means of natural circulation after passing the convection tube bank and water cooled wall, and then supplied to the user via the main steam valve. Combustion at a slight positive pressure allows for a furnace volume heat release rate as large as nearly 40×103kcal.h/m3. Upper and lower drums and convection tube banks are assembled and subjected to a hydrostatic test prior to delivery.
