20 tons of fuel gas boiler body requirements
1. The structure of the boiler body is a full-membrane wall structure, which is compact and reasonable in structure and has thermal expansion compensation measures to improve the operating stability and life of the boiler.
2. The boiler is equipped with a spring-type safety explosion-proof door, and the pressure relief is sufficient to meet the safety needs.
3. Complete safety protection measures. Multiple interlocking protections are set up for boiler water level, pressure, exhaust gas temperature, furnace pressure, gas leakage, abnormal gas pressure, abnormal operation status of auxiliary equipment, etc.
4. Boilers must have surface sewage discharge measures, at least two sewage outlets should be installed, and continuous sewage discharge and intermittent sewage discharge systems should be set up.
System, install pot water collection pipeline, convenient for water quality testing.
5. The boiler body should be equipped with multiple manhole inspection doors, so there is no blind area for inspection and maintenance, and the daily maintenance is convenient.
6. The tail of the boiler contains two sets of heat exchangers including an economizer (coal economizer) and a condenser. The heat exchange tubes of the heat exchanger are made of ND steel, and the heat exchange tubes are finned heat exchange tubes.
7. The connection between the boiler chimney and the furnace body is reasonable and reliable. Condensed water is not allowed to corrode and pollute the furnace body and the outer wall of the chimney. The two boiler chimneys are independent, and the height is higher than the roof of the boiler room.
8. The heat preservation structure of the furnace body meets the requirements of energy-saving regulations, and the temperature of the outer wall of the furnace under rated working conditions is not higher than 45°C.
9. Each drum must have two independent glass plate water level gauges.
10. The structure and material of the boiler tail flue economizer (coal economizer) and condenser must be designed according to the rated pressure of the boiler and can meet the requirements of safe operation. The exhaust gas temperature after the economizer is less than 160°C, and the exhaust gas temperature after the condenser is not higher than 80°C (the inlet water temperature of the condenser is about 50°C, and the flow rate is about 50m3/h). Pipe connections are made according to actual needs.
11. The flue gas recirculation interface is reserved on the boiler body, and the installation space is reserved for equipment installation. Once needed, it can be installed and used directly to ensure that the nitrogen oxide emission meets the standard requirements when the environmental protection policy changes.
