According to the category of raw materials, quality and process characteristics of main equipments, AAC plant takes a different process for production. But generally, we first turn the fly ash and silica sand with water into slurry, then add powdered lime, cement, gypsum and foaming agent, pour into mould box after agitating, then cut into various specifications block or plate after static oxygen foaming. At last, the trolley sends them into autoclaved kettle under the curing of high temperature and saturated steam to form porous lightweight aerated concrete products.

Aerated block has obvious advantages compared with traditional building materials: light line weight, high insulation, excellent sound-absorbing effect, have a certain strength and can be processed, etc. In addition, because it can use fly ash, slag and other industrial waste as raw material, so it is also known as the new energy conservation and environmental protection wall materials.

Aerated block average weight is 500-700 kg/m³, only the equivalent of a quarter - one-third of clay block and lime-sand block, 1/5 of the normal concrete, which is one of the lightest in the concrete, suitable for high-rise buildings filler wall and main wall of low-rise buildings.

The selection and quantity of aerated concrete equipment should according to the scheme and process design because different aerated block production process reflects the process characteristics of different equipment technology, which are reflected on the cutting line such as pouring forms, mould, car structure, body of shipping, demould, cutting, yards, the style into the kettle.
