Scope of Work/supply
1.1 VENDOR shall be responsible for the complete design, supply of materials, prefabrication, shop assembling, shop inspection, tests, guarantee, painting, packing, transportation, testing & commissioning of the entire boiler packages.
& commissioning of the entire boiler packages.
1.2 The offer shall include the supply of complete package including all equipment, piping, instrumentation & electrical works, skid structure, valves, pumps platforms, automatic combustion control system, ignition control system, flame detection and ESD system except concrete design and or any civil construction work.
1.3 VENDOR shall also list the spare parts for commissioning as well as for two-year operation and maintenance.
1.4 The vendor’s quotation should include the design/supply of coal handling system
1.5 Vendor shall design the system with proper equipment protection in regard to HSE, operability and maintainability. In addition, implementation of the best practices for the the system and Equipments are also required to be considered by Vendor. The system or part of system/equipment shall be able to isolate such that for safe maintenance activities.
1.6 Utilities consumption summary for the Steam Boiler packages to be also submitted with the Vendor’s offer.
1.7 Analyzers, Fire & Gas detection system, interface to DCS, PLC, as applicable for steam Boiler package should be included in the scope of Vendor.
1.8 Vendor scope of supply shall also include all instruments indications, alarms, controls & interlock for the boiler package unit which will be implemented in new DCS/PLC systems and tie-in with PA-Chem facility
1.9 Vendor has to comply with the hazardous area classification
1.10 Vendor to provide on-site support for the pre-commissioning and of commissioning the whole unit until stable operation is achieved.
