20 Tons Coal Fired Steam Boiler in Paper Factory

In June 2017, one set of 20 tons SZL chain grate boiler was completed and successfully sent to customer site, the flue for this boiler is coal, and this project is used for supplying steam in paper plant. SZL chain grate boiler is a new type of water pipe assembly boiler which is developed by ZBG and integrates the advantages of bulk boiler stove. It has high efficiency, strong overload capacity and various fuel adaptability, and has reached the world's advanced level. Equipped continuous automatic feeding water device for making sure that the boiler can be safely operated. The economizer is laid at the end of the boiler. By adopting the water-cooling system in packaged boilers which is usually used in power plant boilers, the boiler can achieve large heat transfer area, high heat transfer efficiency, low heat loss, good air tightness, and no distortion or dust leakage of the brickwork.
