QXX High-speed External CFB Boiler
ZBG manufactured QXX high-speed external CFB boiler, or energy-saving CFB boiler, represents the latest direction of CFB technology developments in China. In 2015, our QXX series 116 MW CFB boiler’s thermal efficiency reached to 91.89%, as the NO.1 among other CFB boilers. It has directly overcome the two problems of normal CFB boilers, i.e. High electricity consumption and abrasion, thus the electricity consumption can be reduced by at least 30%.

97 ~ 99% combustion efficiency, and 87 ~ 92% thermal efficiency, it is 15 to 20% higher than national standard. Bring remarkable energy saving effect and economic benefit. It can reduce the waste of energy and the particulate emissions, have great social benefit.
Low wear, saving repair costs
Low flow rate of the flue gas, low density of materials in the furnace, makes almost no wear and tear of heating surface which can extend boiler use period and low maintenance cost. Besides, our CFB boiler annual operating time is longer than 8000 hours.
20% power saving, low bed pressure running
Low bed pressure running, it can save the power consumption of the fan by more than 20%. Coal consumption decreased by more than 3% during running of the boiler.
Low-emission, eco-friendly
By optimized classification of low temperature of NOx can be decreased to less than 100mg/Nm3, outstanding performance of the environmental protection.
