Scope of Auxiliaries for Industrial Boilers
1. Contents of Auxiliaries and Accessories
Auxiliaries include blower (including secondary blower), induced draft fan, electric feed water pump, steam reciprocating pumps, dust collector, blower, water treatment device (including deaerator), coal feeding and slag discharging device and electrical control box.
The accessory parts include safety valve, globe valve, check valve, sewage discharge valve, steam and pot water sampling device, feed water dosing device, etc.
2. Control instruments
Instrument includes water level meter, steam pressure gauge, feed water pressure gauge, economizer inlet and outlet water thermometer, superheated steam thermometer and pressure gauge, exhaust gas thermometer, air pressure gauge (including exhaust air pressure, furnace negative pressure), oxygen analyzer, steam flow indicator, accumulator and recorder, feed water flow indicator, accumulator, coal volume accumulator, fan and cut-off valve opening indicator.
The control part includes high and low water level alarm and indication, limit low water level protection, steam overpressure indication, alarm and protection. There are also bitwise water supply control and continuous water supply control. Positional combustion control, sequential combustion control, continuous combustion control, continuous combustion control with oxygen feedback. Blower, induced draft fan remote control, grate stepless speed control.
Industrial boiler instruments are based on the items to be tested and controlled. There are two purposes: one is the project that must be supervised for safe operation; the other is the parameters that should be tested for energy saving purposes.
