DZL 4-1.6-T packaged traveling grate biomass fired steam boiler is a three-pass water-fire tube packaged biomass steam boiler, whose rated steam pressure is 1.6MPa, rated steam temperature 204°C, burning biomass pellet.
On both sides of the DZL4-1.6-T biomass fired steam boiler, there is water cooling wall. Part of the riser of package biomass fired steam boiler is pulled toward the furnace to form the heating surface of the furnace roof. At the bottom of the drum, there are refractories so that the drum bottom is not directly affected by the high-temperature flame radiation. The side bottom of the drum has two convection flues. The coverage rate of the front arch and back arch reaches 77.3%.
